Mitsubishi Fuso's medium duty FM model is the Big Easy when it comes to driveability. It's big on power, torque and payload capacity, too. Notice the cab's more aggressive styling and cleaner profile. Even the bumper is color-coordinated. The cab also rides on a new and improved suspension system. The FM is available in two GVWRs. The FM260 (25,995-lb. GVWR) features a 243-hp 6-cylinder diesel engine and a choice of standard Allison® 5-speed automatic or optional 6-speed manual transmission. The FM330 (32,900-lb. GVWR) features a 243-hp 6-cylinder diesel, standard 5-speed manual transmission or optional 6-speed Allison automatic. And when equipped with Eaton's 9-speed manual transmission, the FM330's diesel engine increases to 274 hp. With a rugged 51,200-psi yield strength frame and multi-tapered leaf front suspension, the FM is easily Mitsubishi Fuso's highest capacity commercial truck.
